We automatically collect certain technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, to communicate with you about your account and listings, to send important updates about the platform, and to ensure the safety and security of our users. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your contact information (email and phone) is only revealed to other users when they click the "Reveal Contact Info" button on your listing. This is intentional — it allows renters to contact you directly. Your email address is verified through our authentication system and cannot be altered by other users.
We use Supabase, a secure cloud database provider, to store your data. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Passwords are never stored in plain text.
We use browser local storage to save your language preference (English or Amharic) and authentication session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. You can clear your browser storage at any time.
Photos and videos you upload are stored securely on Supabase Storage and are publicly accessible via a unique URL. When you delete a listing, we also delete the associated photos and videos from our storage.
You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Account Settings page. You can delete your listings from your Dashboard. To request complete account deletion, please contact us at info@enjerapresslist.com.
EnjeraPressList.Com is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
